Organize PDF

Reorder, rotate and delete PDF pages with page previews, then save a new PDF.

Your files stay on your device.

Drop a PDF to arrange its pages

PDF files up to 100 MB and 500 pages.

PDFs are processed on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and your original is never changed.

Working with the page grid

  • Keyboard and touch friendly: Each page has its own buttons to move it earlier or later and to rotate it. Dragging is a shortcut, never the only way, and a new position is announced to screen readers.
  • Select several pages: Tick pages to rotate, delete or keep them together; hold Shift while ticking to select every page in between. The line above the grid says how many pages the new PDF will have.
  • Content stays as it is: Pages are copied, not re-rendered. When pages are moved or deleted, bookmarks and fillable form fields of the original are not carried over into the new file, and the page says so before the PDF is made. When pages are only rotated, they stay.

Scripts and passwords

Scripts, forms and links in the PDF are never run, submitted or opened. A PDF that needs a password to open is not supported.

Frequently asked questions

Can I delete pages or keep only some here?

Yes. Select pages, then Delete selected or Keep selected. At least one page always stays, since a PDF cannot be empty.

I made a mistake. Can I go back?

Yes. Undo takes back the last change (also with Ctrl+Z or Cmd+Z), Redo brings it back, and "Undo all changes" returns to the original order and rotation. Your original file is never changed; the result is always a new PDF.

Why do the previews take a moment?

Page previews are drawn by your browser, a few at a time, as they scroll into view. Large or detailed pages take longer. Saving does not depend on the previews.
