Good to know
- At least one page stays: A PDF needs at least one page. If every page is selected, the tool asks you to keep one instead of producing an empty file.
- What is left out: Besides the deleted pages, bookmarks and fillable form fields are not part of the new file. The visible content of the kept pages is unchanged.
Scripts and passwords
Scripts, forms and links in the PDF are never run, submitted or opened. A PDF that needs a password to open is not supported.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete many pages at once?
Yes. Tick as many pages as you like, or use "Select all" and then untick the pages you want to keep.
Is deleting pages the same as redacting?
Deleted pages are not part of the new file at all. This tool does not black out text on the pages that remain; that is a different task called redaction.
What if I want to keep only a few pages?
Select those pages and use Keep selected in the same page grid, instead of deleting the many others.
