PDF files up to 100 MB and 500 pages.

PDFs are processed on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and your original is never changed.

Choosing size and quality

  • Output scale: 1× draws 1 pixel per point (72 per inch), 2× and 3× two and three times as many. The pixel size of page 1 is shown before you convert.
  • JPEG quality: Higher quality means sharper text edges and a larger file; text-heavy pages benefit from 90 or more.
  • White background: JPG has no transparency, so pages are drawn on white, just like on paper.

Scripts and passwords

Scripts, forms and links in the PDF are never run, submitted or opened. A PDF that needs a password to open is not supported.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert only some pages?

Yes. Tick the pages and choose Selected pages, or Enter page numbers, for example 1-3, 5. Only those pages are converted.

Is the text in the JPG still selectable?

No. A JPG is a picture of the page. For searchable text, keep the pages as a PDF (Organize PDF, Keep selected).

JPG or PNG: which should I choose?

JPG makes smaller files and suits pages with photos. PNG is lossless and keeps text and lines perfectly sharp, but files are larger.

Is there a limit on size?

Each image can have up to 40 megapixels, with at most 16,384 pixels on its longer side, and one conversion can produce up to 400 megapixels in total. For very large pages, choose a smaller image size or fewer pages.
